Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm a GenX wife and mom of two grown daughters. I lost my mom when I was 22, so I learned early what it's like to figure out life without a guide. Friends, community and eventually my work helped me find my footing.

That work took me through Verizon (okay, it was AirTouch back then), Sybase, SAP, Salesforce and Confluent. For 25 years, my job was helping people learn new systems without losing their minds. I know what it feels like to learn the hard stuff alone. I don't want that for you.

When my corporate chapter closed, I finally saw the other job I'd been doing all along: Family COO. The calendars. The bills. The appointments. The texts from the kids that start with "quick question." Then AI showed up everywhere at once, and I felt what you're probably feeling: curious, a little skeptical, and way too tired for one more thing to learn.
